6. Delivery Terms
6.1. Delivery terms, delivery deadline as well as delivery restrictions when relevant are governed by §5 of our General Terms and Conditions.
6.2. The law stipulates that if you, the customer, are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental impairment of the goods is transferred to the customer at the time of handing over the goods to the customer, irrespective of whether or not the dispatch was insured. This law does not apply to own transport commissioned by the customer or any other person or institution charged with the execution of delivery.

7. Statutory Warranty Rights

7.2. Consumers are requested to inspect the goods upon delivery to determine their completeness, evident defects and transit damage and to inform us and the carrier of any complaints as quickly as possible. Your statutory warranty rights shall not be affected if you do not follow this request.
