Satisfaction guarantee
Wine is a natural product that does not tolerate temperature fluctuations very well. Our wines have been stored in a dark and cool place at 16°C for the entire time. Unfortunately, it can still happen that the one or the other bottle spoiled, e.g. during transport.
If you are of the opinion that the wine you bought from us is no longer enjoyable, please contact us. We will give you your money back. Please understand that this offer is limited to three weeks after receipt of the goods.
Flexible shipping terms
Do you want to use a different shipping service than the ones we offer (UPS or DHL )? Please contact us, preferably before you place your order, and we will see what we can do. Please understand that we cannot deliver these shipments at our usual reduced shipping rates. You will pay the regular shipping price as if you had placed the order yourself.
Free delivery for our customers in Munich and the surrounding area
Do you live in Munich or the surrounding area? Then we will deliver your shipment personally and free of charge by personal arrangement - even at the weekend!
Free nationwide delivery for purchases over EUR 150
From EUR 150 we take over the shipping costs for you in total.
Return costs
We are not legally obliged to bear the costs for returns. We nevertheless offer our customers in Germany this service as a gesture of goodwill.
Age verification fees
At Weinunikate we take the protection of minors very seriously. We do not ship without age verification. However, our shipping partners charge a service fee for this service. They will verify your age at the door at delivery. You do not need to pay this fee either, we have already paid the service fee for you.
Payment options
We offer a variety of payment options. Our customers in Munich also have the option to pay in cash upon personal delivery.
