Currently our delivery area is limited to Germany. We will expand our delivery area step by step within the EU and update you on our progress here. Shipping prices are including 19% VAT.

We deliver via UPS or DHL.

Free Delivery

Free delivery for our customers who live within the city area of Munich (postcodes 80331 to 81929).

If your order exceeds EUR 150 in total, we ship free of charge via UPS standard delivery or DHL standard delivery for the whole of Germany.

Protection of Minors

Completion of the contract and the delivery shall only take place with or to persons who have attained the age of 18. Any age verification costs incurred shall be borne by us. The age verfication is carried out at delivery at your address.

Return Costs

By law we are not required to pay for the costs of returning goods. Nonetheless we will cover the costs for you as a special service.

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery via UPS Express Saver for an express surcharge of EUR 5,99 per carton for the whole of Germany.

Your order will be given to UPS the day after your order was received at the very latest. From this point on it takes 24 hours to reach the destination, except on weekends.

Express Delivery Weekend

We do not offer UPS or DHL express delivery on Saturdays.
