Kosher Pinot Noir (100%)
Hand-harvested grapes were cold-soaked for an extended period followed by a relatively short, hot fermentation; after pressing, the wine was transferred to 1-to-3-year-old French oak barrels, and underwent malolactic fermentation and 10 months of aging.
Characters of red raspberry, cherry, lilac and violet blossom, with shades of vanilla, coffee and toasted oak; elegant and medium-to-full bodied; long, pleasurable finish. Serving Temperature: Best served at 16°C / 61°F.
The wine compliments a range of delicate dishes such as oven-baked lamb, risotto in chicken stock with porcini mushrooms or seasoned tuna steaks.
This wine has been stored optimally and has reached its optimal drinking age. Drink now or within a year.
