VINTAGE

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
This wine has spent two years in French oak and undergone malolactic fermentation. It appeals more to the back palate, that can be recognized by the dryer structure on the mouthfeel. The tannins of the wine are very well integrated, robust and persistent, with invigorating acidity. There is a lingering fruity after taste for about five seconds, and in general the wine is well-balanced and follows through pleasantly from the nose to the palate. The ageing potential of this Cabernet Sauvignon is estimate as between 7 and 10 years.
