Blend : 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 7% Syrah, 5% Petit Verdot
The wine underwent 14-21 days of fermentation on skins at 30ºC (86ºF), full malolactic fermentation, and 16 months of aging in French oak barrels.
Galil Mountain’s flagship wine is a blend produced from grapes grown in Upper Galilee vineyards. Glittering bordeaux in color with a robust character, the wine displays abundant aromas of berries, cherries and plum jam, on a seasoned background of vanilla, clove and toasted oak. The well-balanced, full-bodied wine has a long and classic finish.
Goes well with all types of meats, risotto or mature soft cheese. Best served at 18!C.
Aging potential: at least 7 years
