Tulip Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Blend: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan, 5% Viognier

We harvest the grapes during the early morning hours, and after meticulous grape selection in the winery, we fermented the wine for 10 days in contact with the skins to release all the grape flavours.

After pressing, the wine went through malolactic fermentation in barriques, then the wine was aged for another four months to ensure slow aging and optimal development. During the aging process, we added 5% Carignan and 5% Viognier to give the wine a unique character that is Tulip's style wines.

On the nose, complex aromas of cloves, black raspberry, chocolate and black olives blends well with roasted coffee, chocolate and black and red fruits on the palate. The finish is smooth and spicy. This wine will mature wonderfully.
