Tulip White Tulip 2019

Blend: 65% Gewürztraminer, 35% Sauvignon Blanc

This is a unique blend of two varietals with different characters: Gewürztraminer - sweet and flowery and Sauvignon Blanc - herbaceous and fresh.

The grapes were harvested selectively and manually on both vineyards. Upon entering the winery, the grapes went through meticulous sorting. Each varietal was pressed and the free run was fermented in steel containers separately. During fermentation, we used cultured yeast specifically for aromatic varietals and low temperatures, in order to reach accuracy and the optimum potential of the grapes.

On the nose the wine delivers tropical and citrus fruit aromas with hints of Jasmin blossoms. On the palate, this is a full-bodied wine with guava, lychee and grapefruit notes. The finish is herbaceous, bitter and fresh.
